Going back to school has been anything but easy...but that is how I like it! So far, we have managed to juggle our jobs with lots of quality time with the boys! We are constantly looking at our calendar to see what is going on but that is what makes life fun!
In the last month Jakob has grown A LOT! He is just the perfect size for a 3 month old, but seems like a giant in comparison to the only other 3 month old we've raised. He is rolling over (this makes him sound like a dog) and smiles all the time. He is so smiley! He laughs and coos and is just an all around happy camper. He loves Miss Debbie as much as Lukas, which only makes going to daycare that much easier. Jakob got his first taste of cereal yesterday! It was a week early, but I couldnt wait any longer. I think that is the first time he felt full since he was born!
Lukas, oh Lukas. He is still SUCH a ham. I have no idea where this kid gets his gleaming personality from. He is something else. Quite the show-stopper. He sings his ABC's, recognizes almost all his letters and is getting to know other colors besides purple. He is now officially potty trained! We tackled that task over labor day weekend. He is so thrilled to be back at daycare with all his friends. Lukas truly believes he is in charge. If you are not listening he will take his hand and physically turn your head so you listen. He will get in your face and tell you something and shake his finger. Where he gets this? I have no clue!:) No more high chair or sippy cup for this boy. He is a big boy now!!!!
