September 30, 2008-2 month check up

Today I went for my 2 month check-up! The doctor said I am looking great!!!! I gained about 3 pounds since my last appointment. I refuse to be a peewee....I am now in the 50th percentile for height and 25th for weight! Im moving right on up the ladder! I have adjusted to going to school but Im not sure my mommy and daddy have adjusted to leaving me there! I really love going and even made an art project today, yes I am VERY talented! Things are going great in my life!!!! Next weekend I go for my first overnight visit at Grammi and Poppi's house, I cant wait!

September 21, 2008-8 weeks old!

I am now 8 whole weeks old...my 2 month birthday is coming up! I have had many exciting events in these past weeks! I have now met almost my whole family! I feel so lucky to be loved by so many special people! I also got to go to Great America with Daddy, Mommy, Grammi and Poppi! I think I might have been the youngest boy there!  Mommy, Daddy and I have so much fun together. We love to go on walks and read stories together. We also love cheering on the Cubbies! I think I just might be the good luck charm they needed! I am pretty sure I am the luckiest boy in the world which is why I am smiling a lot more now! This seemed like a VERY big deal to Mommy and Daddy! I also LOVE getting baths, Daddy does such a great job! Today I was my baptism. I was such a good boy and didn't even cry once. I love my Godparents (Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Rick). It was such a special day and I was held by many of my wonderful family members.  Tomorrow is my first day of school. I am really excited to go and meet my new friends and teachers. Mommy seems really sad...I keep telling her it will be okay! I can't believe how fast I am growing. I cant wait to go to my 2 month check up and see how much I weigh!
