August 19, 2008-3 weeks old!

Yesterday I turned 3 weeks old. With age, I am even starting to lose my hair! I am growing and am already up to almost 7 pounds! We have been really busy lately! Last week Mommy and Grammi brought me to Daddy's work and I was really good! I also went to Mommy's work for "Meet the Teacher Day". I am going to be very sad when it is time for her to go back to work! But until then, we are able to spend LOTS of time together. We like to go for walks with Daisy! On Saturday, we went to the race track with Aunt Becca and Uncle Randy. I was good luck for Mommy, she won! I also went to my first birthday party this weekend. I helped celebrate Great-Grandma Sparky and Nicholas' birthdays...it was really fun! I love my new life, it is much more exciting out here in the world!

August 5, 2008-Getting Settled In

It's been a while since I updated everyone...Me and Mommy and Daddy have been so busy! We went to see my doctor on Saturday. She was very nice and said I was perfect! I have to go back to see her again in a week to make sure I'm gaining weight, since I was having a problem with projectile vomiting-yuck! And she wants to do an ultrasound on my hips. She said breech babies sometimes have a problem with their hips that can be easily detected and corrected if caught early. After the doctor, we went to Babies R Us. I needed some mittens cuz I keep scratching my face. Grandma and Grandpa came over later on Saturday with lunch and to visit me. Then we took a walk in my stroller around the block with Daisy. On Sunday Aunt Marcy, Uncle Jim, Leah and Clark came over for a visit and brought me books. Then me and Mommy and Daddy went to Sunday dinner at Grammi and Poppi's house. Grammi came over to help me and Mommy on Monday. We went to Grammi's office so everyone could see me but Mommy and Grammi couldn't figure out how to get my carseat out or open my stroller, so they had to call Daddy at work. Then we went to Panera for lunch and Macy's at Woodfield. Then Cousins Nick and JT came over with some food for us. Whew! I was tired! So now it's Tuesday, and me and Mommy and Daddy are home by ourselves. I think it will be a quieter day. But Nancy from my Mommy's work came over with food and Mommy's getting her hair cut today...so maybe not.
